how do i use the html maker?

k i downloaded this html maker, and yet nothing opens when i open this file after downloaded.
so how do i use it ?
 
you need to get it into your add in folder like the link above tells you how to do then you add it in on your excel spread sheet and then there where be a little label for you to select around format at the top.
