How do I test totals outputs please?

I'm struggling with a couple of issues, please see P4 to P7 cells highlighted with comments.

Please state what you want help with, some sample data, your expected output.

Sorry to be a pain and I'll happily take your advice for future, mole999, but I have read the FAQ and this html maker link is unavailable and another link I tried my computer says is not trusted.

I hope someone will use the dropbox link on this occasion? For sure, for next time, if there is a way to insert images of the problem to be discussed, so I can be more specific, certainly will do not least because it will help me as well as the folk trying to help me!!


I am asking for ideas/formulas, or tips that might get me there, as I am already past the deadline I have been set for this. Please can somebody as a one off please read my link and advise if they can?
