Hello,

Could anyone suggest how do i Substitue second occurrence of a string within a cell?

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.

Try...

=SUBSTITUTE(A2,CHAR(34)&","&CHAR(34),"|",2)

Aladin's formula in a more compact form (also, cell reference changed to A1 as you specified in your question)...

=SUBSTITUTE(A1,""",""","|",2)
