I have a spreadsheet that has lots of different colours and
includes a chart.
In the print dialogue box I can set to print in black and white.
However the chart still prints in colour.
Can anyone tell me what to do, to prevent this ?

Thanks, Angelo Dundee.

:help:

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
You can't set Black and White in the Print Dialog Box unless you press the properties button to the right of the printer name.

If you set it there, then you are actually telling the driver (the software that controls communication between your computer and the printer) to print in black and white.

If you are still printing in color, than maybe you don't have the correct printer driver.

Alternatively, you can set Black and White in Excel, but it is not in the print dialog box.

You set Black and White in the File/Page Setup dialog box under the Sheet tab.

Can give that a shot as well.
