How do I revised this Conditional Formula to read the Cell's location instead of the values? =ISNUMBER(SEARCH(" -20,0-"," "&SH60))

The above formula searches for the x,y coordinates in a range and then highlights it. The data is from A1 and B1 not showing. A1 is the -20 and the B1 is 0. I want to revise the formula so that whatever is in cell A1 and B1 is to highlight that in range SG59:SI61. I do not want to use the values -20,0 in the formula. The data in A1 and B1 changes. So from going over and over to conditional formatting to change the formula, I rather change the data from cells A1 and B1.

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Try:
Excel Formula:
=ISNUMBER(SEARCH(" " &$A$1&","&$B$1&"-"," "&SH60))

Try:
Excel Formula:
=ISNUMBER(SEARCH(" " &$A$1&","&$B$1&"-"," "&SH60))
Now that I can highlight the values from A1 and B1, can it be from a range? For example, A1:B3 where A1 is -20, B1 is 0, A2 is -19, B2 is -1, A3 is -18, and B3 is -1?

data can be in columns OR in rows

so how do I write the range in the conditional formula? Do I make another post for this question?
