How do I remove white spaces in charts?

How do I remove the white spaces
- between the scale on the left and the chart contents
- between the chart contents and the right edge?

It drives me bananas.

I have Excel 2007 and it's a line chart.

I found this image on the web that has the white space

But I want the chart contents to stick to the side edges like this

I don't have 2007, but in 2003 (Perhaps it hasn't changed) I think it's Format>Selected Chart Area>Patterns>Border>None>Weight------
