how do I paste excel in a post?

ok, i'm sorry if this is the wrong board...I just don't know where else to post this:
i have a question about excel I don't think it's possible to explain without showing the actual sheet.

how do I paste a sheet in a phpBB forum?

One way is to download and install the HTML Maker add-in.

I have a FAQ for it, but I haven't gotten around to putting it back up at the top of the forum since the upgrade last week. It is located here, though:

Another is to take a screenshot, resize it, upload the file to your webspace and then link to it here.

ok, I'm gonna try this anyway.

I am using autofilter to filter fields A1:D10

I have more data at G1:G15 (and I don't want to filter it)

the problem is every time I use the autofilter at fields A1:D10 (use the arrows....you know what I mean) it affects the data on G1:G15 and filters it as well because they are partially on the same rows. (1 to 10)

my question is: how do I specify a range for the autofilter, so it will filter only A1:D10 ?

I hope you understand me....I did the best I could to explain
