To lock or fix a formula in one cell I use the F4 key. But how can I easily lock or fix a formulas in a group of cells?

Excel Facts

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
You lost me on F4, doesn't do a thing on my system, and Help for "Replace a formula with its result" doesn't say a thing about hotkeys.

However, if it works for you, great.

Why not select all the cells, see what happens?

Hold Ctrl key down, if you want to select un-connected areas.

You need to click the reference in the formula that you want to lock and then press F4. Continuous clicking will change the nature of the lock eg Full lock; Lock to Row; Lock to Column etc. Control key doesn't help.

Ahh...Gotcha! You could have used the official terms of Relative and Absolute, in the context of addressing.

Are you on a Mac, or a PC?
