Hey

Some advice would be handy on how to link a spreadsheet to access without getting a multiple DSN/DNS error?

Thanks

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Explain how you are getting that error in the first place?
Where is the Excel sheet in relation to the Acecss DB?

I have linked many an Excel sheet and have never had that error?

I am trying to link a spreadsheet as a linked table from a shared drive, but think I am getting an error due to other stuff in the access database also having a linked server as most of it (tables and queries) uses SQL for it to work etc etc.

Not sure how I can get around it?
