How do I insert a cropped jpg in my thread?

I wanted to insert a cropped screenshot of MS Outlooks' address book into a previous thread I posted - how do I go about doing that?

I have since downloaded and tested ;

VBHTMLMaker.xla
HtmlMaker20101230.xla

But these only work within excel. Any solution or advice will be greatly appreciated.
 
You need to upload it to a site like tinypic.com then click the Insert Image icon here and provide the link.
