How do i get outlook to print JUST the body and fit it 2 1pg

How do i get outlook to print just the body of the email and not the to: fields and from: and so on...also i'd like to fit it to 1 page like you can in excel :lol:

i wanna make it as user friendly for the person too
 

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Sort by date Sort by votes
I've never found a way to do that. I usually select the text from the body and paste it into Word (manually)
