How do I get data into Excel from Oracle via web (.asp)

Hi,

I need to adapt a spreadsheet to lookup details in Oracle for item ids entered into Excel. I'd rather not have to install anything on user's PCs, so I thought I could do this via a .asp run on my local webserver that Excel could access with VBA. Data returned can then be loaded into the relevant places with VBA code.

Can this be done, and if so, how?

Cheers,

Dave.
