How do I generate info without solver?

In my fantasy football draft i want to use excel. What id like to do is generate optimal lineups as the draft is taking place.

My starting lineup includes 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR and 1 TE.
I have data for all players in each of these positions and projected points for each. I also have a projected price for each (we use an auction format for drafting where people bid on players).

I know how to use solver to optimize this lineup based on drafting the exact staring roster (above) which offers the maximum points and stays at or below the total auction budget ($150).

But I'd rather not run solver every time a player is drafted to learn about the new most optimal lineup (unless that's the easiest way to accomplish what i want). Is there another way to accomplish this goal? Thanx
