How Do I digitally sign my Excel2016 VBA project?

I can sign projects in Ofice 2007 but the new version of office seems to be missing this feature??? Any help available pls?

I just pressed windows key+R and pasted this into the box and ran the app:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\SelfCert.exe
