How Do I digitally sign my Excel2016 VBA project?

I can sign projects in Ofice 2007 but the new version of office seems to be missing this feature??? Any help available pls?

I have windows 10 and there is no option for creating a digital signature for my excel 2016 VBA Project. Can anyone help me with this?
