Hi there,

I am using Excel 2007. I have created a macro and want to create a button on the spreadsheets "Quick Access Toolbar" that will run this macro when the button in clicked.

I have been able to create buttons within the spreadsheet, but want it to show up on the "Quick Access Toolbar".

thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Click on the toolbar and go to Customize quick Access Toolbar.
Click More Commands.
At the top is a "Choose commands from:"
Hit the pull down tab and go to Macros. All your Macros show show up, select the one you want and add it to your toolbar.
