Hello, I would like to be able to count how many emails my employees are sending out each day, I do it manually now by counting the communal sent box. Would I be able to automate this process in VBA so it counts the emails sent by each person for that day? There is lots of outlook support but not much for Lotus Notes, if anyone has any information it would be much appreciated.

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple

Since your question seems to be more about LOTUS Notes than it does Excel, you may be better off posting this questions to a LOTUS Notes forum.
A quick Google Search brought up a few:

Good luck!
I hope you are able to find what you are looking for!
