How do I convert the fields of a table?

I have a table something like this:

Type/Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr
A/10/12/15/11
B/10/13/11/12

And I need it to be something like this:

Month/A/B
Jan/10/10
Feb/12/13
Mar/15/11
Apr/11/12

Any ideas?

There may be a way of doing this with VB but that's not my forte. Depending on the number of records, can you export to Excel, copy, paste special, transpose and reimport back into Access?
