How do I Connect the Drop Down List to the rest of the thingy... lol

How to connect the WORKING FILE to the Rest of worksheet.. The Working File is on a DROP DOWN LIST on a different sheet.. It works, but i don't know how to get them to update the other fields..

Hope it makes sense..
