So, i want to get totals using sumif but if i want to exclude a set of cells from totals based on criteria, how do i do that?
Ive got the sumifs total, but i want to exclude "not ok" from the total.
Most likely a combination of sumifs & if, but i cant get it.
Please see table below

[TABLE="class: grid, width: 300"]
<tbody>[TR]
[TD]OK?[/TD]
[TD]Item[/TD]
[TD]QTY[/TD]
[TD]Total[/TD]
[/TR]
[TR]
[TD]OK[/TD]
[TD]A[/TD]
[TD]100[/TD]
[TD]=SUMIFS(K:K,F:F,F2)[/TD]
[/TR]
[TR]
[TD]OK[/TD]
[TD]A[/TD]
[TD]100[/TD]
[TD]=SUMIFS(K:K,F:F,F2)[/TD]
[/TR]
[TR]
[TD]NOT OK[/TD]
[TD]A[/TD]
[TD]100[/TD]
[TD]=SUMIFS(K:K,F:F,F2)[/TD]
[/TR]
[TR]
[TD]OK[/TD]
[TD]A[/TD]
[TD]100[/TD]
[TD]=SUMIFS(K:K,F:F,F2)[/TD]
[/TR]
</tbody>[/TABLE]

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
Maybe:
Code:
[TABLE="width: 258"]
<tbody>[TR]
[TD="width: 258"]SUMIFS(K:K,F:F,F2,D:D,"<>NOT OK")
[/TD]
[/TR]
</tbody>[/TABLE]
