hi im making a database in which customers book rooms, at the moment i have a working query in which you enter the date a customer would like to book a room and it shows up with all the available rooms. i was wondering how i would go about running this through the booking form as this would make it much easier to use the database

the customer would have already picked their room in my database (each room is different) so all it has to do is run the query and not let you book the dates if they are not available

Excel Facts

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
This site shows a database design that will do just what you need. You may need to redo your db, but it's worth a go. As you make a room selection, only the available times / days ar displayed in the drop down list.
