How do i bring back multiple cells

So here is an example of the data set that i am looking at (trading data). What i am trying to do is bring certain aspects of this data and have it flow to another specific tab relating to that day (i will have tabs for each trading day). It would be easier to jsut put it directly into the specific day but other people use this and they are set in their ways. I want this other tab to look at this data and see trade date of 11/1 and pull back all trades for that day and this info: the seller, commodity, volume,
and shipment month.
How can i also get excel to recognize that on the same day we might be the buyer and the seller and that it brings it back to correspoding areas set up for buys and sells?
