I need to recap the data in column K. based on Data in column A.
Example there is a total of 1 "A-Late" 1 "Okay" and 1 "B-Late" for the Origin of Data-2. the ranges of the items in column "A" can change, so they must be dynamic. I would then like to recap by "Data items" on a second sheet.
Example - Data -1 1 - AHEAD
Data -2 1 - Ahead
1 - Okay
1 - B-Late

and so on.

Any help or direction would be valued and appreciated.

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
If I under stand 'recap' correctly, the following may be of help.

If you were to omit the blank rows in the list, then the autofilter function will do what you want.

Pivottables may also be of use in summarising the data too.

Thank you, I will consider this as one of my options.
