hi,
i'm very new to access and was wondering if someone could help me figure out how to JUST take a snapshot of the form when i start my access database..... (it's for a users manual)

ps. i tried Alt Printscreen but it prints the entire screen!!!! i need JUST the form!

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
well.. print screen would actually work pretty well, since your form is a square, or rectangle, removing all the excess from around the Form isn't that much work. Just using a simple editing program (even msPaint) after 5-10 minutes of editing you have exactly what you want.

Try just PrintScreen and then paste into Word or Paint.

You can then edit the image as required.
