How can I take + export a screenshot of a range of cells as an IMAGE

Is there a way to change the naming of the JPG from Capture.JPG to whatever text is in cell V3 and then .JPG?

Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand

part to this:

& Range("V3").Value & ".jpg"
