How Can I Slice by Time if Time is Not Displayed?

I have a data sheet where each line shows an employee's name, type of work order created, date/time created, the ticket number, and the day of the week.

I have a column chart (made from a pivot table) which displays one column for each type of ticket (with the number/value displayed at the top of each column). I have slicers for name, type of order, and day of the week. I'd like to add another slicer for the hour of day the ticket was created, and NOT have it look at the date.

I know there has to be an easy way to do this, but I am totally at a loss... can anyone point me in the right direction?
