how can I protect each page for multipage on userform ?

Hello

Can I protect for each page for multipage on userform ? I want like when open userform should show form contains the user and password , but in this case I want when open the userform and move from page to another should show the form contents the user and password if the user, password are right , then should show contents the page ,if it's wrong then should keep the form contains user and password. after three tries to enter the page then should close the whole file excel if the user and password are wrong .
