How can I keep expanding linked rows visible?

Hi

The below shows different routes I am running that are expanding.

I am looking for a way to create a 'permanent' link from the bottom list of routes to each of the individual routes which is always visible without me having to scroll up or down to find it, due to the expanding rows of new entries added to the other routes (which is what has happened) and I end up constantly having to update all the links. I have already tried using Custom Views but it messes things up. And Named Ranges seems very 'hit and miss' as the top of the list can end up being anywhere on the screen.

I would be very grateful for a solution.
