How can I import data from .asp web pages

Hi
my problem is that I would like to import data into Excel (with "Import External Data") from a database that is queried with an .asp command such as http://www.nysedata.com/queries/makeQuery10a.asp

Is that possible at all ?

I think it's possible with web query. I tried but I got a message as follows. "You must log in before getting a file" :D
