How can I get these sentences to become one formula? if/and/or

[FONT=&quot]I've been able to get the first 4 sentences into a formula like this, but I don't know how to add the last sentence into the formula:
=IF(OR(AND(T60=A2, B60<0),AND(T60=B2,B60>0)),"",B60)[/FONT]
