How Can I get a backslash (/) to appear in a formula as a backslash?

I have a spreadsheet that has 2 tabs in it; the "data" tab contains 2 columns of data for example:
<COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 65pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 3145" span=2 width=86><TBODY>
31.95
0.80
</TBODY>
The first tab is the "results" tab. I need the above numbers to appear in 1 cell on the "results" tab to look like this:

31.95 / 0.80

It has to be in 1 cell because it is linked to another sheet and needs to show both numbers as shown above in 1 cell. I cannot figure out how to get the backslash to show without it thinking it is a formula. I have columns of this data so if I could get a formula for it to automatically do this for me it would save me a boat load of time!!

Hope I'm making sense. Thanks in advance for your help anyone! :)

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
Hey thanks so much for your help! That works however it is now showing my number like this:
<COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 202pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 9837" width=269><TBODY>
31.9528571428571/0.802857142857143
</TBODY>
instead of 31.95 / 0.80.

The numbers are an average of a bunch of numbers if that makes sense and I have it set to only show 2 decimal places. Any suggestions how I can fix that?
