How can I disable the F11 function key

How can I disable the F11 function Key so that users cannot use it to view the database window? Yet if I go into the db as the owner or part of the Admins group I can view the DB window.

You can turn the special keys of as a startup option.
You can over-ride startup option by keeping the Shft key pressed while the DB opens up.

Thank you Peter very much.

I did disable the special keys as a test, but then could not get in myself. Now I know to Hold down the **** and it works beautifully.
