how can i delete duplicate cell values

Hi there all

i need some help with a problem that is giving me a headache... i need a vba code that i can attach to a button that will: eg. from cell A37:A65536 i have codes and next to that codes in cell C37:A65536 i have the falue of that code... now i need a vba code that will delete all the rows with the same code.

BUT

it must add up all the values of the duplicate codes and place it in column C next to the remaining code after duplicates have been deleted...

Please help me with this.
