How can i create a new sheet every time a new entry is inserted in a cell on a separate sheet?

Hello out there Excel world.. I don't know if my question might sound dumb, but i'll be pleased to know if there is a macro with which one could call and create a new sheet from an existing template. The new sheet must have references to a specific row in other sheets in a separate workbook, which are updated periodically. If while creating the sheets, the rows are automatically incremented, that would be great. If anyone can help me, i will be very grateful. Thanks.......
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
