How can I copy the image of a worksheet

hi,
I like to add some image at the time of post my querries as I saw other people do it.
I do not know how to do this.
Did anyone help me.

Smitty, that's not what he was talking about--he's talking about uploading a jpg, etc. and using the img tags :)

Edit: Though why he's been responding to threads that have already been answered, I don't know *shrug*
