How can I auto fill conditionally

I want to to get the data of B3 first then data of B8 then of B13. See B is constant but and there is some 5 number of gap. So, what I want if i drag B3 I should get B13 but If I drag vertically I get C3 data so what should I do to get the data of B8

I'm not at all sure I understand what you want. But the formula in C3 here can be dragged down vertically and fill first with B3, then B8, B13,B18...
