How can I attach my excel file to my post
Or make screenshot of my sheet
Please any advice
 
Some people use drop box. I don't have an account, but I'm sure if you google it you should find it with know problem.

For a screen you can use html Jeanie.

Look in the help menu, the instruction are pretty easy. You only need to do like three things to get what you want.
