Hotkey probs

Hi all. I have a colleague whose hotkeys (ctrl+c & ctrl+v) have stopped working in one spreadsheet. They work fine in others and I have looked through the xl options but cannot see why this might happen. Any ideas would be most helpful.

Check for any disabling code - see http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/showthread.php?t=380686

Right click the sheet tab, select View Code and look for code.

Right click the Excel logo just to the left of File on the menu bar and do the same.

Thanks for your reply. I should have mentioned the prob is on the user form, not the spreadsheet, but other open userforms work ok. I wrote the code (with a lot of help) in the userform and there is nothing that will disable in there??
