Horizontal row to vertical column

I have data in a vertical column how can i equate that data to a horizontal row in other sheet. how to do it by formula?

Yes, so if A1:D1 = 1,2,3,4 then highlight E1:E4, type =transpose(A1:D1), ctrl-shift-enter. There are non-array methods to do this also.
