Ho do i calculate square feet by manpower?

No very good at excel but I would like to know how to build a spreadsheet that shows manpower and a total of square feet in a day. thank you

you have to have some type of reference in the table , how are you calculating this now? unless you have a table with values it's going to be hard to figure out if we don't know how you are calculating this at the moment. more information will be helpful.

Its not clear what you are asking. The sheet in the OP looks like a good lay-out for data to be entered every day. The days might be replaced with dates, but other than that it looks ready to go. And, once filled out, it looks like it is layed out in a form that the data entered can be further manipulated as needed.

My apologies for the lack of data. So I'm am trying to figure out how to take square feet and combine with manpower. For example, you have 32 sq ft of framing installed in one day with 2 framers. I would like to track this on a weekly basis. I hope this is enough info

Total square feet divided by total manhours = number of square feet one worker can do in an hour.

formulas like =SUM(B2:B7) would go in your Totals row. and be used for that calculation.

add another column "Cost" and then enter the following formula. '=IFERROR(SUM(B3+C3)/D3," ") it will calculate the manpower. copy formula down and it will automatically calculate it. see below :
