Hi,

I am trying to achieve the following:

If a value occurs in a range, display a given value.

A Hlookup would display THE value, but I want to display a different value.

e.g. IF the value within cell C16 is contained within range C13 to LP13, display the value in C16.

This "=HLOOKUP(C16,C13:LP13,1,0)" isn't working.

Thanks

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Hello there,

try this formula:

=if(isnumber(match(C16,C13:LP13,0)),C16,"N/A")

You can replace N/A with any other given word you want.

Hope this helps.
