Histogram question

I have a histogram question. I have a bunch of different schools and grades within schools that I want to make histograms for. I know how to make a histogram for each school by grade but I have 8 different grades and 21 schools. How do I do this efficiently? In Stata I can do this through a command. Is there something like that in Excel 2010? Is there an optimal way to organize my data?
Thanks!

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Depending on how the data is in you workbook, You best option may be to use a Pivot Chart and filter the data by grade.

Solution
THank you for the answer. Part of my question is how is the best way to organize the data. Currently I have it organized in the following way, but I can change that pretty easily. There are other columns but these are the main ones. ELA in this case is the score on the ELA exam.
Thanks!
