Histogram problems

I'm trying to make a histogram on excel, but I can't make it so that the x axis represents the labels -- in my case, the change in values -- and make the y axis represent the the number of times those values occur. In other words, let's say I have the values: 30,40,40,30,30,40,30,80,80,80
How would I make it so that the x axis shows labels (29-35,35-40,40-45, etc) and make the y axis show that 30-35 occurred 4 times, 35-40 occurred 3 times. Thank you very much for the help. I've been looking for videos, but I can't seem to find one on this specific case; if anyone knows a video for this case that would be really helpful too. Thanks again.

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
