Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
Hi Bala,

Instead of using a macro you could consider to use 'Conditional Format'. Instead of creating an extra column in sheet you can highlight the duplicate names this way.

Select the first cell in the list of names and select from the menu Format, Conditional Formatting .... Instead of 'Cell value is' you have to select 'Formula is', now you enter a vlookup function to lookup the name in the current cell in sheet2.

To highlight the cell A2 when a duplicate is found on sheet2 you should enter =VLOOKUP(A2,Range on sheet2,1,0).

Success,
Erik
