Hi All - Newbie here. Looking to find a way to highlight similar values, similar to duplicate values, but with a little more flexibility. I have a column of addresses. Some have abbreviations, some dont. For example, some will say Blvd and another might have it fully spelled out - Boulevard. Another example, some may abbreviate a direction like E instead of East. Is there an easy way to highlight the similar values? Thank you!

It is very easy if you have specific lists of values that you consider to be "similar."
Excel does not have AI built in to be able to decide that "E" means "East" if it's in an address. There are fuzzy matching utilities for Excel but I still doubt they will match E to East, because they are not that close textually. Power Query also has some fuzzy capability but I'm not a PQ user.
This kind of matching works better with things like Frank Siegel and Frank Seigel. There are companies whose entire business is products that do the kind of address cleansing that you want to do.
