Highlight row based on word in cell AND day of the week

Couldn't find anything that I would be able to build off of on here so I figured ill ask for some help. In Column D, the cell can contain things like "2x week" and "3x month" across multiple sheets in the workbook. Is it possible to create a code that would color the row that contains "2x week" every Tuesday and Thursday of the week? In addition to this, is it possible to highlight the row that contains "3x a month" on the 1st, 10th, and 28th of each month?
If someone can help me out or point me in the direction of figuring it out I would greatly appreciate it!

I think it would be helpful if we could see an example of what you are talking about (and what your data looks like).
