highlight names that appears in column 2 and 3 but not 1

Hi
I have 3 columns. I want to highlight names that appears in column 2 and column 3 but not appeared in column 1. In this table, I want to highlight "David" because the name appears in column 2 and 3. How can I do that? Thank you very much.
