Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
By entire row or single cell in column?

Thanks for your response, Nope

I would like a formula to highlight duplicates for the ranges from B4:I11 ignoring first occurrence. Not single columns

And do you want it checked by going down columns first (i.e. B2:B11 then C2:C11) or across rows first (i.e B4:I4 then B5:I5)? Depending on which way you go, the answer would be different. For example, if you go columns first, then the 56 under Check C wouldn't be highlighted, whereas the 56 under Check D would be. If you go rows first, then these highlights would be reversed. Which way are you looking for?

thanks for offering solutions to my request, you are right it does not answer my question.

i would like a formula or vba code to work within the range B4:I11, individual columns is time consuming and would not solve the question

That doesn't answer my question:
do you want it checked by going down columns first (i.e. B2:B11 then C2:C11) or across rows first (i.e B4:I4 then B5:I5)?
In other words, what do you mean by:
a formula or vba code to work within the range B4:I11
You need to tell the formula/VBA code how exactly you want it to "work within the range"
