High Risk Web Site Blocked - OpenXTracker

When using MrExcel I now get a warning flagged up by my Sophos Anti-Virus warning me that access to "www.openxtracker.com" has been blocked owing to 'Mal/HTMLGen-A' being found.

Although MrExcel apparently continues to fucntion normally, I checked the HTML code for your pages, I find a link to "www.openxtracker.com/open.php".

What is this please?
 
It tracks the click-through traffic from the ads on the site. A few AV programs flag it as malicious (incorrectly).
