Hierarchy View - How to Remove

Hello,
I am not sure what I did to my spreadsheet, but the view is different & I'm not sure how to fix it.
I think I pressed a button, and it changed it. I have this hierarchy view and I don't want it. It's along the top & side of the spreadsheet.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

What is visible from the screen shot is that you have grouped many cells.

Select the entire sheet and UNGROUP it until all levels of hierarchy are gone
