hiding the record bar at the bottom of a form

hi all,

I want to be able to hide the record bar at the bottom of a form, at the moment it allows you to scroll to the next and previous record, but i dont want this to be so, if users want to view record they use the report, the form is used to insert data (in my database it is) and i want to use buttons conveniently placed on the form, in my view users are dangerous, so i only want them to use what i give them,
